Daniel Krueger

Mr. Krueger is the managing attorney and founder of DK Legal Group. DK Legal Group has offices in Dallas, Texas; Wichita, Kansas; and Pratt, Kansas.
Mr. Krueger concentrates his practice in all areas of estate planning, tax planning and asset protection planning for closely held businesses and individuals.
Mr. Krueger devotes a significant portion of his practice to implementing comprehensive estate plans to accomplish the client’s objectives as to the disposition of his or her estate, while at the same time minimizing federal estate and gift tax liabilities.
Mr. Krueger’s business practice includes entity and tax minimization planning for partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. A primary emphasis is placed on the transfer of business interests to family members or key employees in the most tax efficient manner to provide the second (or third) generation with the best opportunity of continuing the closely held business.
Mr. Krueger practice also consists of representing executors in probate administration and the settlement of estates. In addition, Mr. Krueger regularly advises clients, attorneys and other tax professionals in trust litigation and estate litigation matters.
Mr. Krueger’s business experience and background includes more than twenty years of funding and running large business organizations. Before practicing law, Mr. Krueger owned and managed a large dental organization in the Midwest, which was ultimately sold to a private equity group.
Mr. Krueger’s extensive experience as a successful business owner brings a unique perspective to various transactional projects, including the drafting and negotiations of contracts, especially with respect to real estate development projects, commercial leasing, and associated construction.
Mr. Krueger enjoys spending time with his three children, and his two amazing grandchildren. Mr. Krueger has a love for Faith, Family, and the outdoors.

David Krueger
Project Director
Mr. Krueger is a Project Director for the DK Legal Group. DK Legal Group has offices in Dallas, Texas; Wichita, Kansas; and Pratt, Kansas. Mr. Krueger also coordinates the law firm’s Professional Partner Network, which assists CPAs, financial advisors and other professionals in providing clients customized solutions to preserve wealth, minimize taxes and promote family unity.

Mr. Krueger also works with attorneys and other professional advisors to design and implement domestic and international asset protection strategies for professionals and business owners. Such planning often involves and utilizes various types of domestic and international asset protection trusts and entities.

Mr. Krueger regularly advises clients, attorneys and other tax professionals in trust litigation and estate litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duties claims and improper administration issues involving executors and trustees.
As a former valuation analyst, Mr. Krueger brings a unique perspective to assist attorneys, CPAs, and other professional advisors in supporting and defending the value of business interests in partnership disputes, gift and estate tax filings, divorce proceedings and various litigation matters.

Over his career, Mr. Krueger has been a member of various estate planning and business valuation associations, as well as a speaker or panelist at professional tax planning conferences.

Prior to joining DK Legal Group, Mr. Krueger practiced law with several estate/tax planning and estate/tax litigation law firms with regional and national high-net-worth clients.

Marcus Richard
Attorney at Law
Mr. Richard is a Juris Doctor graduate and attorney candidate with DK Legal Group, where he works under the supervision of licensed attorneys while completing licensure requirements in Texas. He is currently approved for bar admission in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
Mr. Richard concentrates his practice in estate planning, business structuring, and private client services. He has drafted and advised on a wide range of transactional documents, including operating agreements, transfer restriction provisions, and multistate entity formations. His work includes designing and advising clients on optimal internal governance models for business succession and liability protection.
Mr. Richard’s practice includes working closely with clients to implement tax-conscious entity structures for partnerships, LLCs, and corporations. He places special emphasis on preparing clients for intergenerational transfers, business continuity, and legacy preservation.
Mr. Richard also represents executors and trustees in probate and estate administration matters, including asset marshaling, valuation of estate holdings, and preparation of estate summaries for court and client review. He has assisted in litigation-adjacent matters, such as evaluating trust instruments, identifying fiduciary breaches, and coordinating strategies with co-counsel in contested estate disputes.
Mr. Richard’s legal background includes international commercial experience in Tokyo, Japan and corporate counsel fellowships for private and public institutions. His experience gives him an understanding of complex compliance issues and global market dynamics, allowing him to advise clients with both local precision and international awareness. He holds certifications in risk management, compliance, and fair housing.
Mr. Richard is conversational in both Spanish and Japanese and brings a multicultural perspective to his legal practice. Mr. Richard was a collegiate athlete and team captain at Southwestern College, where he played football at a nationally competitive level. He earned unanimous First Team All-Conference honors and was recognized as an AFCA All-American. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Southern University Law Center and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Law, Business, and Policy.
Mr. Richard enjoys international travel, staying active, and meaningful time with family. He is committed to faith, discipline, and becoming a trusted advocate for clients across diverse legal matters.
